What is Nutritional Therapy?
Nutritonal Therapy is the application of nutrition science to alleviate health issues, achieve weight loss and/or promote optimum health
What does a 1-2-1 consultation involve?
A private 1-2-1 consultation focuses on the individual, looking at your personal health history, lifestyle habits and goals Before your consultation you will be required to complete a questionnaire, psychometric test and food diary. During your consultation you may be asked further questions, depending on your answers to the questionnaire. I will then explain how your current diet and lifestyle may be impacting your health and affecting your symptoms. moving forwards from there, we will agree on a programme to address your issue(s).
What conditions can Nutritional Therapy support?
Nutritional Therapy can support a wide range of health issues such as weight loss, digestive issues (e.g. IBS, constipation), cardiovascular issues (e.g. high blood pressure, high cholesterol) amongst others
How many consultations will I require?
The number of consultation will depend on your individual needs, health issues and goals. My aim is to achieve long term, sustainable results as quickly as is reasonably possible.
Do you offer home/business premises visits?
Yes, these can be arranged. However, there may be an additional fee to cover travel expenses.
What payment methods do you accept?
I accept cash and bacs transfer. Some fees will require payment in advance, and if that is the case you will be advised beforehand.
What is your cancellation policy?
I appreciate that sometimes unforeseen circumstances will mean that an appointment will need to be cancelled and rescheduled. However, I ask that you give me 48 hours’ notice or the full fee will be payable (please see T’s & C’s)
