Many of you know that I have run my own radio show on Channel Radio called the Health Matters Radio Show. The show features lots of health and wellbeing tips, often has a special guest on to talk about what they do and how they help people, and the show is very popular with a loyal following around the world.
I realise people are busy and often, due to the pressures of life, can have a bit of a short attention span – making listening to entire shows difficult.
So I have put together my 4 minute health tips, on iTunes podcast (search i-nutrition) and also on my YouTube channel (search i-nutrition) some will be audio only, and some will be video
These are going to be tips to improve your physical and/or mental wellbeing in 4 minutes or less.
