Client confidentiality will be maintained at all times. Details of your records will only be released upon your written consent. This includes to General Practitioners (GPs).
In some cases, dependant on your symptoms, you may be referred to your GP. This is to ensure nutritional advice given and any current medication can work together to produce the best possible results to enhance your health. Nutritional advice is not an alternative to medical advice, and you are encouraged to discuss your symptoms with your GP first.
Children aged under 18 years old must be accompanied by a parent, or guardian, at all times.
We will endeavour to provide advice that may help resolve health problems, however, following the advice provided is at the discretion of the client and no guarantees as to improved health can be made.
We will make every effort to ensure any supplementation suggested will enhance the clients’ health, however, the client retains the responsibility for taking any supplementation.
We retain copyright of all written material provided.

FEES & CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment for consultation/accountability sessions should be made by cash at the time of the appointment, or paid immediately on receipt of invoice following the session by bank transfer. Cheques are not accepted.
Appointments missed, or cancelled, within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Within 24 hours a 100% cancellation fee applies.
Where goods are ordered at the same time as a consultation, payment for the goods should be made in cash, by debit card or by BACS transfer within 7 days of the order date. Late payment may be subject to an additional charge of 10%.
All goods supplied remain the property of i-Nutrition until payment is received in full.
